Now my life is entirely dedicated to teaching. My aim is to help talented flute players achieve the success they seek as professionals. I have recently developed the idea that correspondence coaching would be a practical and useful service that I am willing to offer to advanced students, young professionals preparing for grad or post grad school, or orchestral auditions or competitions. You will need to prepare tape or CD recordings of excerpts and pieces that are to be ready for auditions or important competitions and send those recordings to me for detailed comments and critique. As soon as I have thoroughly heard and examined your performances I will Email you, in return expecting your phone call for a verbal commentary, or your Email request for written comments. Please fill out the application form below. I will respond to this application with an email that will include a mailing address where the recordings and fees must be sent. Comments and critique will be given from the viewpoint of a conductor as well as by an experienced solo and orchestral flutist. This correspondance mode of coaching has worked well for me in the past and I am sincerely hopeful that my offer will prove to be beneficial to those aspiring young professional flute players who choose to participate.
